AI Visibility, GEO & Digital Opportunity
AI visibility and GEO optimisation for galleries, museums and cultural organisations. Improve how your existing website, artists, exhibitions and collections are discovered and represented across search and AI platforms.
Start with the website you already have. We combine technical review, editorial improvements and cultural expertise, working with your team or existing web agency. Collection and archive development is available when you want to go further.

GEO means generative engine optimisation: improving the public information that search and AI services can discover and use when answering questions. For galleries and museums, that starts with the quality and accessibility of your existing website.
Review a defined set of audience questions, the sources surfaced in AI answers and any gaps or inaccuracies in how your organisation is represented. Record a baseline for later comparison.
Refine artist biographies, exhibition pages, collection context and practical visitor information. Review internal links, crawlability and relevant structured data alongside the content people actually read.
Deliver a prioritised action plan for your CMS and agency, or scope implementation with us. Keep your current platform and design where they meet your needs.
GEO builds on sound SEO and useful, reliable content. We do not promise inclusion, citations or rankings in AI answers; those decisions sit with each platform.
For AI visibility, we work in partnership with FRAME PR to help cultural organisations and their collections become more discoverable and better understood across search and AI platforms.
Whether you want to improve an established website or develop an archive, we start with your audience and the questions they ask.
Review artist, exhibition, collection and visitor pages for clarity, useful context and technical barriers to search. Prioritise improvements your current team or agency can deliver.
Connect biographies, exhibition histories, research and reliable references so your public information gives a consistent, well-supported account of your work.
Organise collection material and explore digital exhibitions, learning resources or searchable archives where they serve a clear audience need.
A focused, fixed-fee review shaped around your priorities. Choose an existing-website and GEO review, a collection opportunity review, or a combination. A new website or a fully structured dataset is not required.
Sample size, scope, fee and timetable are agreed before work begins. Production and ongoing support are quoted separately.

Review agreed website pages and audience questions, or a representative collection sample. Identify content, technical and permission issues relevant to your goals.
02
A ranked action plan covering the audiences, pages or workflows to focus on, with intended benefits, responsibilities and indicative budgets.
03
An agreed example: a revised artist or exhibition page, a technical recommendation ready for your developer, or a small archive demonstration.
04
Scope implementation with your existing team or V21, with costs and measures agreed before work begins.
Our working practice
This service draws on our own work with exhibition archives, digital publishing and creative technology. These examples show where we apply AI and where specialist judgement remains essential.
Archive research and data preparation
Our archive work has included investigating how to bring together records for more than 280 exhibitions from multiple data files. The focus has been on matching reliable identifiers, removing duplication, retaining descriptions and original links, and identifying incomplete metadata.
Missing information stays flagged for review. It is not filled with invented exhibition history.
Explore the V21 archiveApplied to our own website
We use AI-assisted development to prototype interfaces, write and review code, organise service content and improve how exhibition information is presented. The multilingual service pages and their navigation are a practical example of that workflow.
Generated code and content are reviewed and tested before release, with V21 retaining responsibility for the result.
Explore online exhibition servicesCreative exploration and prototyping
We use AI to explore virtual exhibition environments, early interface ideas and visitor journeys. Concept imagery, including the visual on this page, helps make an idea tangible before committing to detailed design and production.
Concepts support discussion. They do not replace curatorial authorship, approved collection records or the team's design expertise.
Explore bespoke virtual galleriesIllustrative scenario, not a client case study
A gallery already has an established website, but artist pages contain little context and past exhibitions are difficult to find. A review could prioritise richer biographies, connected exhibition histories, clearer visitor information and a check of how those pages are accessed by search services.
Illustrative scope only. The aim is clearer, more discoverable information; changes in AI answers, traffic or enquiries are measured rather than promised.
01
Agree your audience questions and review selected website pages or collection material. Establish a baseline and identify priorities.
02
Update agreed content and technical foundations with your current agency or our team, or develop a scoped collection pilot.
03
Review page visibility, referral traffic and meaningful enquiries where data is available. Repeat sampled AI queries with their dates and sources recorded; results can vary.
AI can help organise information, identify connections and prepare material for review. Source evidence and curatorial judgement remain central. We link records to their sources, flag uncertainty and distinguish verified information from suggested interpretation. Missing provenance or attribution is never completed through guesswork.
Before processing begins, we agree which material can be used, the tools and access arrangements, and how your team will review and approve results.
No. We can review and improve an existing gallery or museum website, working within its CMS and with your current agency. Any platform limitations are explained before implementation is scoped.
GEO focuses attention on how your public information is discovered and represented in generative AI answers. It overlaps with SEO: accessible pages, clear content and credible sources remain foundations. We assess both together.
No. Platforms control their answers and results vary by question, time and context. We agree a baseline, record sources and track relevant changes without treating a single answer as a reliable ranking.
Send your website URL, your intended audiences and the questions you want your content to answer. For archive work, describe the material you hold. No sensitive files are needed at the enquiry stage.
The review has a fixed fee agreed after the objectives, pages or sample and first improvement are scoped. Implementation and ongoing monitoring are quoted separately.
No. We can begin with a representative digital sample and an overview of the wider collection. Additional scanning or transcription is scoped separately.
Send us your website and tell us who you want to reach. We will identify a useful starting point for AI visibility, GEO or a wider collection project.
