Troubleshooting WebGL
If a tour is not loading correctly, WebGL may be disabled or blocked. Check the following:
Chrome / Edge / Opera
- 1Open Settings
- 2Search for hardware acceleration and ensure it is enabled
- 3Restart the browser
Safari (macOS / iOS)
- 1Go to Safari > Settings > Advanced
- 2Ensure 'WebGL via WebKit Experimental Features' is enabled
- 3Restart Safari
Firefox
- 1Type about:config in the address bar
- 2Search for webgl.disabled
- 3Ensure it is set to false
- 4Restart Firefox
If you still experience issues
- Restart your device
- Switch to a different browser (Chrome is usually most reliable for WebGL)
- Ensure no browser extensions or content blockers are interfering
- Try using a different network connection
