Websites & Collection Platforms
Connect the way you manage art with the way you present it. We work with artists, galleries, museums and collectors to build bespoke websites, inventory tools and content management systems around their needs.
Based in London and Nottingham. Working with clients internationally.

V21 / COLLECTION PLATFORMS
A scalable platform shaped around your art, from the first catalogue to a growing institutional archive. Start with the tools you need, then expand your records, team and public experience.

Built on the content delivery and systems expertise behind V21’s virtual exhibitions. We bring the same approach to managing rich media, connecting content and delivering cultural experiences to your collection platform.

02
Frontier AI models can support extraction, classification and structured records. We select models for the task, agree data handling and keep human approval in the workflow.
03
Reusable foundations, automated production and appropriately sized cloud services help keep costs proportionate. Your proposal separates development, hosting, support and usage-based services.
Infrastructure and model providers are selected per project. AI usage and third-party cloud costs are scoped explicitly; no unlimited compute or universal provider stack is implied.
Increase capacity in clear blocks, add colleagues and develop new workflows without treating every new requirement as a new website. Larger collections are scoped for indexing, image delivery and permissions, with performance checked against representative data before launch.
Work directly with our design and development team. We prioritise the core workflow, build a working prototype, review it with you and release in focused stages. Reusable foundations and AI-assisted production help us move quickly; your data, design and acceptance checks shape the result.
A flexible content system should open up creative possibilities. Our exhibition websites show how art, context and a distinctive visual language can work together.

Organise your studio archive, document works and editions, and share your practice through a website with its own identity.
Connect stock, exhibitions and artwork enquiries, with practical tools for your team and a distinctive experience for collectors.
Bring object records, research and interpretation into accessible public collections, with workflows shaped around institutional needs.
Keep a clear record of your collection, documents and loans, and choose what to share privately or publish online.
Choose the capabilities that make a difference to your daily work. We agree the scope, build around your records and demonstrate the workflows with you.
Structure artwork records with images, dimensions, media, editions, provenance, location, condition and supporting documents. Scope availability, loans, consignments and valuation fields to your needs.
Give your collection a distinctive public face: artwork discovery, artist pages, exhibitions, research, viewing rooms and stories, designed for mobile and desktop.
Manage content through an interface built for your team. Tailor fields, relationships, permissions and publishing stages, with control over which information stays private.
Plan enquiry capture around individual works and connect conversations, interests and follow-up to the relevant records. Integrate an existing CRM where appropriate.
Scope branded artwork sheets, checklists and reports, plus connections to your existing tools. Payments, accounting, mailing platforms and complex integrations are quoted separately.
Extend the platform with immersive galleries, 3D objects, film and audio. Bring collection information into experiences informed by V21’s exhibition production expertise.
Starting again should not mean typing everything again. We work with you to turn spreadsheets, catalogues, PDFs and image folders into a consistent collection database using AI-assisted ingestion and careful human review.
01
Agree the source material, required fields, terminology, permissions and which information must remain private.
02
Use AI to draft structured fields from supplied material, suggest image matches and flag possible duplicates or conflicting information.
03
Check records with your team, retain source references and leave uncertain fields for review. AI suggestions do not become verified facts automatically.
04
Release approved information to the agreed inventory and website, reducing repeated entry while keeping internal records separate from public content.
The workflow is configured for each project. We agree data handling before processing; we do not infer authenticity, provenance or valuations from images.
Tell us where your current system slows you down. We can shape the data model, editing screens, search filters and approval process around your team. Start with a focused launch, then add capabilities in clear, priced stages. You work with the people designing and building your platform.
Plan for fast mobile pages, accessible presentation, clear information architecture and content that search engines can understand. Agree export arrangements, maintenance and a development roadmap, so your platform can respond to changing audiences and technology.
Selected website and exhibition clients. Each project reflects a different audience, content structure and creative brief.

For AI visibility, we work in partnership with FRAME PR. Together, we consider how artists, artworks and cultural organisations are discovered, represented and understood across search and AI platforms. Artist biographies, artwork descriptions, exhibition histories, publications and authoritative references provide the context that helps systems interpret the work.
This optional service combines editorial strategy and technical work, including structured information and reviews of public representation. Inclusion, rankings and the wording of third-party AI answers cannot be guaranteed.

Often, yes. We first review exports, API access and contractual permissions, then propose a connection, phased migration or a separate public website.
We can scope a public access and interpretation layer around an existing collections system. Specialist cataloguing standards, rights restrictions and institutional requirements are agreed with your team.
It can reduce repetitive transcription and help organise inconsistent source material. Your team reviews drafts and approves the records; uncertain details remain flagged.
